A comprehensive and cohesive defense strategy for any high secure facility will include a force to respond to an armed intruder. In addition, bullet resistive barriers will be deployed to protect personnel and vital equipment. Bullet resistive guard enclosures are used on plant perimeters and access control points to protect those individuals responsible to prevent unauthorized access to a facility. Bullet resistive doors and bullet resistive windows are used to protect control rooms, weapons vaults, and access to vital areas.

Bullet resistive guard enclosures are offered in modular or fully factory assembled configurations. The enclosures include doors, windows, gunports, HVAC, lighting and electrical packages. Complete bullet resistive protection is afforded including the floor and roof if necessary. Ballistic certification is provided to nationally recognized standards including UL Level 4 (.30-06) and UL Level 8 (7.62 NATO).

Bullet resistive doors are shipped prehung and factory assembled. Standard and custom sizes, UL fire ratings and blast ratings are available. Doors are offered in painted steel, stainless steel, aluminum or wood finishes. Complete hardware sets are included. Doors can be ballistically certified to all UL Levels.

Bullet resistive windows are available in painted steel, stainless steel or aluminum finishes. Bullet resistive glazing material (glass, acrylic, polycarbonate or glass-clad polycarbonate) is factory installed. Transaction trays and package passers are also available.

Bullet resistive steel armor plate and fiberglass armor are also available to complete the total bullet resistive structure.
